We realise that you have probably invested considerable time and energy in your current system, so we won’t insist that we rebuild it from scratch to suit our development methods.  Instead, we’ll spend time with you discussing what does and doesn’t work in your current setup, and any elements you would like to add or amend.  Then we’ll go away and look ‘under the bonnet’ to see how feasible it will be.

If your current system is essentially sound, we’ll work with it as it is, even if it doesn’t conform to industry best practice and recognised standards.  As the saying goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!”  (Of course, any work that we do to your system will conform to best practice and standards).

However, if we feel that your current system is unworkable, or will be uneconomic to repair, we won’t beat about the bush, we’ll tell you, and tell you why we think so, with the minimum of geek speak.

Either way, we’ll give you options, to carry on with what you have or rebuild from scratch.  We’ll give you estimated costs and all the information you need to make an informed choice.
