Kantala have recently completed an asset management solution for a top London University.

The AV Department were using a free template database to manage the hiring of resources (cameras, tripods, microphones etc) to students. However, their requirements quickly exceeded the template so they turned to Kantala for help.

After determining their needs Kantala quickly developed a low budget solution to track assets, hirers and bookings. The solution provides an easy-to-use schedule showing the staus of any item of equipment at a glance. Kantala provide ongoing support and incremental upgrades to the solution, which is unlocked for university staff to continue development if they wish.
